Watch Out for the iPhone 6 with Sapphire Crystal

The iPhone Phenomenon

Only a few electronic products generated as much fanfare as Apple’s iPhone. When Steve Jobs unveiled the first iPhone seven years ago it received front-page treatment in national dailies, in widely circulated magazines and given top billing on major TV networks all over the world. People line up outside Apple stores 24 hours before the release date. It is easy to understand why it generated that kind of buzz, the iPhone changed the way people perceive mobile phones.

Before the advent of the iPhone consumers were forced to be contented with bland designs that were a little upgrade from mobile radios. But when iPhone entered the mobile phone market consumers were treated to a smartphone that is not only loaded with features, it also looks great, and to top it all a user friendly device.
However, the design team from Apple seemed to have rested on their laurels considering that not much has changed for the company’s flagship mobile phone. In the last two years Apple struggled to compete with Samsung’s Galaxy line and in 2014 Samsung sold more cellphones that any other cell phone manufacturer on the planet. Apple had to do something or suffer the same fate as Nokia.
Rumoured iPhone6

It is being rumored that Apple is going to respond to critics wit the unveiling of the new iPhone. The new mobile phone will be named the iPhone 6 and will definitely replace the iPhone 5s. Tech-savvy consumers cannot wait to get hold of the iPhone 6 because they believe that Apple had to make adjustments aesthetically in order to offer something that can compete with successful smartphones like Sony Xperia that comes with larger displays. Thus, iPhone 6 is rumored to have a display size upgrade and will come in two sizes, the smaller version has a 4.7-inch display while the larger version will have a 5.5-inch display.
Although the larger screen display can help increase sales for the iPhone it is the speculation that Apple will use sapphire glass that has set the Internet on fire. People are talking about this feature because sapphire glass is the same material used by high-end watchmakers to create a crystal display that is unbreakable and scratchproof. Now, imagine the same sapphire crystal that is fashioned into a 5-inch screen display and you will understand why iPhone fans are already drooling over it.

If the sapphire crystal is not enough to generate excitement, another stellar feature is the use of in-cell touch panel technology that will enable iPhone makers to construct mobile phones that are thinner than standard models.

In order to stay relevant in the current market that demands powerful operating system, the iPhone 6 is said to run on a new operating system called iOS 8. Even before the scheduled release this coming September consumers are already discussing some of the apps that will be loaded into the new iPhone. One of the most interesting is the HealthKit that will enable the user to monitor blood pressure and heart rate. If you want to learn more about iPhone 6, click here.

The Future Technology for Gadgets

The 21st century is one century with a lot of predictions regarding technology in the future. If only they were correct then, flying cars and robots would now be available. The prediction on any future gadget that is meant to change your life is a task faced with difficultly. Even though they are not 100%, predictions tend to act as guidelines and help in discovering what future gadgets are to become part of the daily life in the future.
When you consider the technological trends today which include fast communications around the world and fast access to emails, you can predict that any future gadget is set to be faster with increased performance and storage. A gadget for communication in the future is expected to be lighter, cheaper and portable with high definitions. Even the current smarphones will compete your current PC in terms of power and storage.
Some of the features of a future gadget to be used by humans include, greener features, high speed microchips, miniaturization, HD touch screens and bold designs. Miniaturization is linked to the development of even smaller optical, electronic and mechanical devices. The current manufacturers are shifting towards manufacturing smaller gadgets as the market desires size efficiency and mobility. Most people prefer to deal with smaller devices rather than bigger devices which are bulky and occupy more space. Future gadgets are expected to be ever smaller to build on their convenience, portability and easy storage.
Innovative and bold designs are expected in the future. The gadgets are expected to combine futuristic designs and traditional designs. In fact, many simple gadgets in the future will adopt the classic design. The classic design will be meant for those who love simplicity and do not like high tech gadgets. A future gadget will also have HD touch screens. The touch screens will be even cooler than the ones on the market today. The easy-to-use feature of touch screens make them a must be in the future. Actually, touch screen are cheaper and attractive.
Microchips are also expected to play a role in any future gadget. This will mostly affect the electronic devices as even today, the devices cannot function without chips. Chips as integrated circuits, have changed ancient machines that used to occupy a complete room into the current mainframes, desktop PCs and minicomputers. Therefore, the future high speed microchips will play an important role in the process of creating smaller and faster gadgets. The future gadgets will have to use these microchips to be very powerful and fast devices.

The pressure for technology to go green is growing and manufacturers have no option but to think of future gadgets that are environmental friendly. The present generation is shifting towards environmental protection by considering the purchase of greener gadgets. Currently, there is high demand for gadgets that use up less energy and any future gadget is set follow the trend with better consumption. Green energy is the way to go and manufacturers are inclining themselves towards manufacturing devices that consumer solar energy, but still maintain the efficiency.

The Need of an IOS Developer in a Changing Mobile App Development Scenario

Mobile application development has transformed drastically in a span of five years ever since the release of the first Apple iPhone. With the introduction of five versions of the iPhone since 2007, there have also been significant changes in the mobile apps running on iOS. The rapidly changing requirements for proper functioning of mobile applications on the iOS have come across as a challenge for app development companies across the world. Moreover, iOS is no longer the only accepted operating system platform for enterprises. With the advent of Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone, etc., it is a constant pressure for a specialized iOS developer to adapt to the changing requirements of clients.
A survey of the enterprise app market conducted in the last year revealed that more than a thousand mobile applications for the iOS platform were released; in spite of this the growth in new application use was sporadic. While most enterprises are on the lookout for developers well skilled & experienced with the development of iOS mobile apps, the entrepreneurs are not always sure of their expectations from an iOS app, thus leading to its failure post release. Indeed, the thumb rule for success of mobile applications running on the iOS platform has yet not been identified. While some iOS developers have tasted success by incorporating complex features in their apps, others have realized that simplicity of operation is the key feature to victory. However, it is perhaps only target audience engagement and advertising which have helped iOS mobile applications succeed over their Android, BlackBerry, or Windows Phone counterparts.

Listed below are the key issues that a mobile app developer needs to focus on for successful development of applications for the iOS platform:
1. Originality - Though inspiration is to be sought from previously released mobile apps, maintaining uniqueness or originality is the main ingredient that separates one iOS app from another. For this, an app developer has to conduct a research of the app store and study the problems in all mobile apps with features similar to his/her own. Improvement on the problems will focus on the originality of the new iOS app.
2. Good Quality Graphics - Graphic quality of iOS mobile apps is very important to grab the attention of the target audience. Only an experienced iOS developer must be allowed to create mobile apps rich in graphic features.
3. Code Writing - There is no need to waste time, resources, and energy upon writing a code for iOS applications from scratch. External data repositories & code sources can directly be incorporated in an app program.
4. App Content - Not only graphics but also the content of the iOS app plays an important role in grabbing the attention of users. An iOS developer must make sure that the language used in the app content is compelling but also explains the features of the app in very simple words.
5. Objective C Usage - It is advisable that an iOS app developer makes optimum use of Objective C while designing the app.

6. App Marketing - Advertising & promoting the app plays a vital role in making it popular among the consumer base. Introduce rewards in the form of coupons upon downloading the app and make use of well known platforms for app marketing. The success of an app is equivalent to the number of downloads, for which the iOS app first has to be promoted well.
